Unfortunately, no. Normally we charge a sample fee, which is refunded after the order is placed. Some of the major big brand we can offer free samples to test our products and also require an account number to be provided.

If the product has not been customised, the first order is usually within 60 days and the return order within 50 days.

You can tell me your ideas first and I will discuss with our engineers. The current coffee machine can be modified slightly in terms of appearance and programming.

30% by T/T, the balance 70% paid before shipment. Some of the companies also can accept 15% deposit or by LCL.
